Teriyaki Chicken

Marinate skinleess chicken thighs in teriyaki sauce in the morning. Season with salt, garlic salt and pepper.

Heat pan with one tablespoon of olive oil, once warm, cook skinless thighs 5 minutes or until brown on each side.


Heat oven to broil, cook 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with green onions. Served with half a baked potato and vegetables.
