Country Pork Rib Shoulder

Season the pork on both sides.


Pre heat oven to 315 degrees. Cover just the bottom of pan with water, put ribs in, cover with foil and cook for 40 minutes.


Remove pan and foil. Then preheat oven at 450 degrees. In a bowl, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Brush on one side of pork cook for 10 min, turn over and then brush the rest on the other side and cook for another 10 min. If you want that crispy taste, broil each side for 3 minutes.
