Roasted Thighs

I’m not sure if the oven makes a difference. In California, we had an electronic oven.

Currently here in Oregon, we have a gas stove (which is my preference).

The thighs came out juicy and plump. Normally the skin is crispy and not quite full of juices as tonight’s result.

Whether it was the chicken itself, type of oven or how long I cooked it, was delicious!
