Slice Of Cheese

When it comes to pasta dishes. If I’m at home and I have a slice of cheese, instead of parmesan cheese, I prefer to have this on my pastas.

Whether it is cooked fresh or leftovers, it has to be HOT, in order for the cheese to melt. I wait for it to melt over the meat and little bumps appear. Every bite has the pasta, meat and cheese.
