When it comes to preparing something to eat, whether a snack or meal. We check to see what we have and what sounds good.
Whether it’s leftovers or something simple, like a peanut butter sandwich. If you should happen to have a can soup, that is a perfect pairing. Heck throw in something healthy like a green salad.
Everyone has a creative side to them. If the opportunity arises that you have no idea what to have for lunch. Make the wise and healthy choice.
The reason why I chose this subject was that a friend of mine posted on FB about not deciding what to have for lunch. In the fridge at work, she had some lettuce, sliced mangos and leftover sausage. She made a salad with all those ingredients. I replied and called her the “Iron Chef McGyver”. LOL
