Cooking is therapeutic.
Mixing the egg in with the ground beef, adding seasoning and then rolling each piece into a ball releases stress and puts my mind at ease.
While the meatballs were cooking in the oven for 20 minutes. Pan fry some slice mushrooms. Once the Gnocchi is cooked in boiling salt water for 1 or 2 minutes or Gnocchi floats to the top, it’s ready and then drain water. Mix in pasta sauce and mushrooms with the Gnocchi.
Serve with meatballs, drizzle some pasta sauce and a salad.
