I tenderized the pork chops and then seasoned them. Fried them in a grilled style pan for 4 minutes on each side, making sure not to over cook.
Pre heat oven to broil. Broil pork chops, brush with teriyaki sauce for 3 minutes then turn over, brush again and cook for 3 minutes as well.
The meat came out soft, tasty and juicy. Not dry like I normally cook it.
Served with string beans and noodles, dinner is now being served!
