The first time I tried to do this, it turned out wrong.
I know better! I rolled out the pre made pizza dough to the size I wanted. As the oven was pre heating at 425 degrees. I put the pizza stone in for a few minutes then let it cool down for a bit.
I prepared the toppings. Cooked mild Italian sausage (crumbled in pieces), garlic, mushroom and spinach in a pan.
Made sure the pizza stone was warm and sprayed cooking spray all over so the dough doesn’t stick. Lay the dough on top, brushed olive oil only on the corners of the crust. Spread marinara sauce, sprinkled mozzarella cheese, the sausage, garlic, mushrooms and spinach.
Cooked it in the oven for about 15 minutes or when the crust is not too brown.
