Hubby and I went to the Tualatin, Oregon location. It was during dinner time.
We ordered and sat down. People started coming in during the dinner rush hour. I had nachos with steak and we didn’t have to wait long. The nachos had a healthy, fusion look. Kind of fusion style.
The tortilla chips were thin, fresh and crispy. It was delicious!
This is my second place since I move to Oregon in January, where I’ve had nachos and this place so far is my favorite.
My hubby suggested we have lunch at Holy Taco. We received a flyer for this place.
We were seated and then we placed our order. I had the “enchiladas de mole”, two chicken and cheese enchiladas with green chile mole, served with green rice and black bean purée. We didn’t have to wait long for our food to arrive.
My hubby ordered the “adobo beef bowl” slow roasted shredded beef, guajillo chili rice, black beans, radish pico de gallo, queso fresco and cilantro (no picture available).
