Pre heat oven to 250 degrees. Line bottom of roasting pan with foil. Season pork and cover with foil. Cook for 90 minutes untouched.
Uncovered, brush pork with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes for 90 minutes. Then broil on low for 1 or 2 minutes making sure not to char.
The meat came out tender, juicy and tasty!
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees. 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl and with 3 tablespoons of chopped garlic.
I usually get between 2 – 3 lbs. Besides brushing the oil with chopped garlic, I season the meat.
Cook for 20 minutes. Then lower temperature to 325 degrees and cook an additional 3 hours.
The entire house has the aroma of the garlic and seasoning as its cooking. Slow cooking pork, will make the meat literally fall off the bone.
